Excellent ! Je suis ravi de cet achat, la parka est confortable, chaude, coupe bien le vent elle est très pratique. Parfait !
AMAZING JACKET - Very warm and extremely well made - a little stiff at times but in a reassuring way, as stiffness is expected from durable materials. I absolutely love the pockets, I wish there were more secret ones. Will be purchasing more items from Hemp Tailor in the future :)
Thank you for the feedback. :)
I purchased this item to replace my old hoodlamb classic. When i received new jacket i noticed the quality of the jacket wen down quite a bit. No large interior pockets. And the over all warm ness and weight were not what they once were. Very sad. Also why did u stop making your heavy hoodies. Hate the direction of where this company is going. You used to make amazing quAlity cloths now it’s just your average clothing company.
Unfortunately i couldn't find the right size, medium is way to small en large is way to big (1.85m, 70 kilo). Service is great however, and the jackets are superstrong and beautiful. Hope others can find their right size...
If you're a vegan who lives in a cold climate who needs a warm coat and the thought of abusing animals for warmth makes you loose sleep, look no further. This is the warmest jacket I have ever owned, I love the look of it and I feel good about supporting Hemp Tailor because of their commitment to sustainability. Having said that, I have some feedback (because I hope the product will continue to improve). There was a strong smell when I opened the jacket. It's not a bad smell (kind of earthy like wet clay), but definitely strong and unexpected. I guess this is due to the waterproof coating. Personally I don't mind it but I hope it will fade over time because it is strong and I don't want to draw attention to myself on public transport. If you plan on wearing layers underneath, you should probably choose a size larger than you normally would. I'm the same height as the model (for posterity, "size and fit" says "shot on model: L / model stats: 187cm / 6'2"): 188cm and 70kg and not particularly muscular, but the sleeves are very tight if I wear anything more than a thin shirt underneath. The jacket is so warm that you might not need to layer, so YMMV. The sleeve length is perfect for me, but it's quite uncomfortable to use the "thumb hole". When I put my thumb inside, the recessed rib-knit cuff is stretched unbearably tight, and it's even worse if I need to raise my arms at all. Maybe it needs to be a bit longer. I hope it stretches over time. Again, I'm the same height as the model, but I feel like I would have been happier with a size larger to avoid this. I think a sizing chart on the website would go a long way to help with this. Unfortunately I didn't notice these things until I'd already worn it outside once, and the shipping and (local) tax on imported goods is high enough that it is prohibitively expensive to return it (the overall cost would be the same as buying a larger one). Despite these pain points I think it's nearly perfect, and Hemp Tailor has gained a customer for life.
